She only reads part of it when she grows, Turns out the feds were following her and they were ready and they capture the Giant Tara and later after she has returned to normal size she wakes in a cell but luckily she remembers everything that was on the wall and speaks the second part of the spell and grows again and escapes. Later after shrinking back again she writes down the complete spell and reads out the last part and grows permanently.
